Fake Calligraphy at Kunsthal Gent by Ada Van Hoorebeke

After 5 years, 5 cycles of many work sessions and the input of more than one hundred  participants, the project so far has been translated into a publication designed by Studio Katja Gretzinger, published by BOM DIA BOA TARDE BOA NOITE in Berlin, with texts by manoeuvre, Esma Moukhtar, Ada Van Hoorebeke and Fake Calligraphy participants, alongside images of the process.

You are welcome to join the book launch at 11am on Sunday 26 September in Kunsthal Gent, Lange Steenstraat 14, where some of the many participants of the project will read excerpts and collectively sign books and posters with iron gall ink. The program is accompanied by some tasty homemade snacks.

The book and the presentation will be on view in the cinema space of the Kunsthal Gent, 26 September from 11am to 6pm
