Centre Dental by Nora Schultz
In her Centre Dental series, Nora Schultz turns to the dematerialization and activation of sculptures. Filmed with drone cameras and moved by hidden performers, the haptic quality of the sculptures recedes into the background in service of the overall appearance of the film, allowing the sculptures to become temporary actors in the film. Studio Manuel Raeder designed in collaboration with the artist an homonymous magazine, Centre Dental, that forms part of the work as well as the current installation at Kunstverein Braunschweig. In conversation with the curator, Christina Lehnert, the artist will present this magazine published BOM DIA BOA TARDE BOA NOITE.
